O Padre Petar vive numa aldeia mediterrânica devota ao Cristianismo, inteiramente comprometido à sua profissão. Num bonito primeiro dia de primavera, depois da missa de Domingo, ele quer apenas uma coisa: saborear o seu gelado. Mas o vendedor de gelados Djuroe a aldeia, para perservarem a virtude do padre, recusam a cumprir o seu pedido. Contudo, ele tudo fará por este simples prazer, mesmo que lhe custe a sua fé.

Priest Petar lives in a devout Christian Mediterranean village, utterly committed to his profession. On a beautiful first day of spring, after the Sunday mass he wants just one thing, to enjoy an ice cream. But the ice cream merchant Djuro and the village, in order to preserve the virtue of his priesthood, refuse to fulfil his desire. He will do anything for this simple pleasure though, even if the cost is his faith.
